計畫名稱 全球環境變遷與土地使用改變對生態系統服務與都市脆弱度影響之研究:台灣西部海岸平原為例 (99/08/01~ 102/07/31)

摘        要 本研究為一三年期計畫,探討在全球環境變遷議題下,台灣西部海岸平原地區土地使用改變對生態系統服務與都市脆弱度的影響。本研究先利用衛星影像分析台灣西部海岸平原都市的周邊土地使用改變情形,並進一步建立一生態系統模擬模型模擬台灣西部海岸平原地區未來土地使用改變的情境,再據以探討都市系統因都市周邊生態系統服務改變,對其在面臨氣候變遷時的脆弱度影響。

摘        要 為持續推動落實我國氣候變遷調適政策綱領與行動計畫,將氣候變遷調適政策與行動計畫推廣至地方政府。行政院經建會委託臺北大學研擬建立台灣各縣市地方政府推動地方調適計畫之標準作業指引,並成立專家輔導團隊協助地方建立氣候變遷調適計畫,透過辦理宣導、人員訓練,強化地方政府對氣候變遷調適之正確認知與建立調適計畫之能力。
計畫名稱 農地資源空間規劃總顧問指導計畫(102/0/0~102/0/0)

摘        要 本計畫為延續近十年來協助農委會進行全台農地資源空間規劃的總顧問計畫,今年主要工作為完成全台15市(縣)農地分類與農作生產區分級分區之劃設,作為農業部門施政資源整合投入、農地資源維護、農地規劃利用及管理政策方向之參據,並提供內政部進行區域計畫通盤檢討或各地方政府研擬縣級區域計畫等參考,以達到維護優良農地生產區域與積極控管地方計有農地資源目的。
