《Design》

The courses of the Public Finance Department are designed to prepare the students for a successful career in a rapidly changing economic environment. The courses build on the fundamental principles taught in economics, accounting, and economic statistics in the first year. From the second year, the department offers two programs: theoretical-oriented program (TOP) and practical-oriented program (POP).

Two courses are required for the TOP, one is mathematical method for economics, and the other is public finance II. Likewise, two courses are required for POP --- one on the intermediate accounting, and one on the cost accounting. Moreover, the department provides elective courses in public finance and applied economics, permitting students to develop knowledge and skills in such areas as the local public finance, income tax, property tax, public choice, and international trade.

Combined with the foundations courses, the curriculum prepares the students for success after graduation.
