| The College of Education is foreseen to be a necessity to support a more open society. It will offer effective training for better teachers in primary and middle schools. Additionally, it will cultivate specialists for administrative planning and cultural management. The goal of the college will be to assist authorities involved in making educational policies. | |

| Humanism, morality, and observance of the law are important elements in an organized society. It is, however, equally necessary to effectively disseminate the policies assimilating them. The goal for the College of Communication is to offer strong training and complete education in communication and speech by merging theory with actual practice. | |

| Taiwan has been developing at full speed in terms of upgrading economic affairs and traditional businesses. The College of Technology will be a place for individuals hoping to become specialists in advanced technology.
