Besides, we can cultivate additional specialists to take care of administrative planning and management where culture is concerned. With a comparative study in different cultural areas, we are convinced that this college of education will contribute much to the authorities involved in making educational policies. | |

| One of the goals for the College of Communication is to offer training and education in communication and speech. Humanism, morality and observance of the law are important elements. The skills of communication and speech will be strengthened and studied and then merged with actual practice. The ultimate purpose is to establish a complete program of higher education based on the principles of good communication and speech. | |

| Taiwan has been developing at full speed economic affairs and in upgrading traditional businesses. Advanced specialists in high technology are graduating from schools and professional institutes. Different types of basic researches have been integrated and thus many system research centers have been created, working diligently in such fields as electric information industry, machine automation and bio-chemistry. A college of technology will be necessary to match the rapid change of the world. | |
