I have been involved in the research of labor and civil laws after the study 1992 in Germany. In response of the stagnant development in the labor law, other scholars, specialists, and judicial workers who share the same passion in the subject, and I together initiated the Society of Labor Law of Taiwan, and established the milestone for the research in Labor Law. I served as the third-term President.
I have served as the Chairman of the department of Judicial Studies from July 2003 until August 2005 and offered courses on the Labor Law and Civil Law, and received positive feedbacks from the students. I have also achieved fruitful research results, and received a number of funding from the National Science Council. On administrative tasks, I invited outstanding specialists and scholars for lectures to students, held academic seminars, established and platform for academic exchange; all of her efforts contributed to the competitive capabilities of the College of Law.
In resents years I have researched into the topics of labor pension, gender equality in Employment Law, and protective measures for massive cutbacks, participated in legislation, and published a series of books, which offered theoretic and practical opinions, won wide praised, and cited for judiciary practice.
